03. Intellectual property
All custom scripts, tools, training materials, and documentation provided during our engagement remain the property of Iron Fist Labs.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your internal business security.
04. Confidentiality and data privacy
We treat all information shared during discovery calls as strictly confidential.
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant laws, including Michigan state laws or GDPR where applicable.
05. Limitation of liability
For preliminary advice or website use, our liability is strictly limited to direct damages.
Detailed liability caps, typically tied to the value of the signed contract, are addressed in our formal service agreements.
